N’Orlins brings the bold flavors, rich traditions, and carefree spirit of New Orleans straight to Michigan.
Founded on Labor Day 2015, N’Orlins was inspired by a trip to the Big Easy that left a lasting impression. After experiencing the food, culture, and energy of New Orleans firsthand, brothers, and owners, Gene and Terry Renaker set out to share that same magic back home—through authentic Southern cuisine made fresh, made from scratch, and served hot.
N’Orlins is a walk-up storefront, built for flavor-forward food that’s fast, fresh, and made to order. We’re best known for our hot, fluffy beignets, fried fresh and finished with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar. Pair them with a cup of chicory coffee or café au lait, and for a moment, you’ll feel like you’re standing on Decatur Street.
Everything we serve is prepared in-house, using real ingredients and trusted partners. Our gumbo and jambalaya start with a homemade roux and feature locally made andouille sausage from Willie’s Smokehouse in Frankenmuth. Our Gator Bites are made with genuine alligator tail meat sourced from a Florida farm, breaded and fried to crispy perfection. No shortcuts—just real bayou flavor.
For a modern twist, N’Orlins also serves Hubba Bubba© Bubble Tea, a favorite with younger guests. With your choice of tea, syrups, and bursting pearls, there are hundreds of combinations to explore—each one made fresh and served ice-cold.
Thanks to incredible community support, N’Orlins expanded with a second location in 2020, continuing our mission to share the taste of New Orleans—one order at a time.
At N’Orlins, we believe good food brings people together.
Laissez les bons temps rouler — Let the good times roll.
